I truly believe, if you want to understand a culture, read of their past. If you  want to enjoy the present, appreciate one's past. If you want to know and understand where you are going as a person or a nation, draw upon the past,  practice in the presence of others and look to the future with relish!

 

Don’t you just love history and research? I am “about” my novels. I discovered the gift of writing when I allowed my mind to stall and hover on words from early childhood and ask such questions as, ‘what if?’ and ‘I wonder why?’ If what I write gives you as much pleasure as I get from writing it, then I thank the Lord I have found my purpose in life and the good fortune and blessings that have come my way.
